Good question. Look in the mirror and ask yourself this question. Whether it has to do with your job, family, world view or anything else---is your zeal for real. Definition would help right? Ok: is your 'great energy or enthusiasm in pursuit of a cause or an objective' for real? Would a disruption or derailment cause you to quit? Is your energy and enthusiasm based on knowledge, consistency, commitment and vision or just an emotion that takes you from A to L only? Good question. This is a deep dive question, where you totally have to dig deep in your own gut to get the truth. No audience, just you.
