About the event
This free interactive, in-person workshop focuses on how nonprofit and community leaders build partnerships that move beyond conversation into real, coordinated impact. We will examine what it takes to function as a network rather than a collection of organizations, especially in environments with limited capacity and competing priorities. The session addresses trust, role clarity, communication, and the inclusion of grassroots organizations as essential contributors, not afterthoughts.
Participants will work through a real partnership or network opportunity using a practical framework to define outcomes, clarify roles, and establish next steps. The goal is not just stronger relationships, but stronger outcomes supported by structured, intentional collaboration.
